The Constitution is the principle governing document of SGA. No other SGA legislation, policy or rule can contradict the Constitution. It outlines the procedures of SGA and the specific qualifications and role of each officer. The Constitution is required to be ratified by a two-thirds vote at the beginning of each academic year after Freshman Class Officers have been elected.
